I deliver executive coaching services with over 1000 hours of coaching experience. I mainly work with startup founders, executives at startups and tech companiees, and individual contributors in Turkey, the US, Europe and the Middle East.
I started my career in 2009 as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and worked at Istanbul and London offices. For the last 10 years, I assumed leadership roles in the tech industry. I founded two startups and raised investment from two VC funds. I also worked as an associate at Earlybird Venture Capital, a leading VC fund in Europe, and worked at Facebook as a Client Solutions Manager in London. Before coaching, I decided to be a software engineer from scratch and worked as a software engineer for 3 years.
In my approach, I recognize that emotions are as important as the mind in achieving a healthy and fulfilled life. While progressing in my career, I experienced that the more I was in tune with my feelings, the more successful I was in reaching goals. This led me to build an emotional compass, and now I help people discover their own.
My approach appeals to people who are highly analytical in their careers and personal lives, but are less aware of the domain outside the intellect and desire to lead a life nurtured by harmonious cooperation of both the mind and the heart.
I was ranked first among 1.8 million students in the nationwide University Entrance Exam and graduated second in class from Bosphorus University as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer. I am interested in personal development, positive psychology, meditation, and existentialism.
I coach both in English and Turkish.
