What you'll get with coaching

Accomplish your goals:

Our ultimate aim is to help you achieve your goal.

You will clarify your goal, understand its deeper importance, and set concrete outcomes for yourself.

Have awareness on your strengths:

We will uncover your strengths and use them to overcome the obstacles you’ll inevitably face.

But the actual value is, you can use your strengths in other areas of your life, too.

I’ll help you use your strengths in a transferable way.

Understand your core values:

We’ll have a full session on discovering your values, the principles that guide your behaviors.

Using your values as a compass, you will live more in line with them.

Learn the neuroscience behind:

When needed, I’ll explain the science behind the questions I ask and the exercises we do.

So, you’ll understand the neuroscience behind the sustainable behavior change.

My Coaching Structure

Step 1 – Coaching Form

Before we start, I send you a questionnaire.

Questions there will help you think about your goal you want to achieve in 6 to 12 months and its deeper importance for you.

Step 2 – First Session: Deep Dive on the Main Goal

We deep dive on the main goal you wrote and clarify its importance for you and the results you want to achieve even further.

Also, we eliminate the potential distractions that may be implicit obstacles towards your goal.

Step 3 – Second Session: Clarifying Your Values

We do a full session to clarify your values and build a “value compass”.

We discuss your future self, your past peak experiences and other important areas of your life to distill your values.

Step 4 – Awareness Sessions

After the values session, we continue to move towards your goals.

In these sessions, you choose the topic you would like to discuss and what you would like to take away from the session.

I ask questions that will increase your self-awareness and help you gain new perspectives.

At the end of the session, you determine actions that will move you closer to your goal and help you incorporate your learnings from the session in real life.

Step 5 – Completion Session

In our last session, we revisit your main goal and evaluate what you have achieved and what you learned during the whole journey.

Also, we discuss structures that will help you continue applying your learnings and solidify the new behaviors.

Frequency and duration of the sessions

On average, we do hour-long sessions every two weeks, so you can expect to have two coaching sessions per month.

Usually, my clients achieve their goals in 10 to 12 sessions.

After you achieve your goal, we can complete the coaching process, or alternatively we can determine a new goal and continue our sessions.

If you feel that coaching is not working for you any more, you can stop working with me any time. I don’t have a mandatory number of sessions, I want you to continue as long as you find value in it.
